About Me

This image of planting a dead seed
and raising a live plant is a mere sketch at best,
but perhaps it will help in approaching the mystery of the resurrection body—
but only if you keep in mind that when we’re raised, we’re raised for good, alive forever!

I picked up a camera for the first time back in high school in the mid-seventies. Of course back then the was no such thing as digital photography…it was all film. And all film and print processing was done by hand in a dark room strangely called…a darkroom. I remember a college instructor telling us that we were doing well to get one good image out of a 36 exposure roll of film. “Shoot as much as you can afford” he stated. Back then film costs along with all the photo chemicals were expensive especially to a starving college student, so I rarely got any great images. I just tried to make the first shot count and moved on to other assignments. With the advancement of digital photography “shoot as much as you can afford” still applies.

Now I am able to shoot hundreds of images in a short amount of time and if I’m lucky I get a good shot every once in awhile. Some of my favorite images appear on this site.

Digital memory cards are cheap and reusable, so what are you waiting for? Start shooting…
